We are flexible in terms of delivery times. Our usual delivery times vary between 1-14 days for minor projects and 1-2 months for larger projects. We can also expedite the project for deadlines.

Firstly we will have a meeting, to find out exactly what it is you need in your project. We will outline all the essentials and discuss what the end result will be like. All this will be noted down in our internal project instructions. Once this has been done, we will figure out what the price estimate will be, and follow up with further questions that might need to be answered. We will start once we have received the initial payment. When the project has started, we will give you updates on the project, as well as previews if it is agreed upon. Once the project is complete, we will send an invoice for the remainder and then hand you the finished project.

Depending on your project type (eg. website, webshop, branding, logo or ads) you will have different deliveries. For a website, we might give you ownership of the domain and content/customizations, and thus also legally transfer the hosting under your name, along with login information. For logos, we will send a variety of files, such as image files (.png and .jpg) along with the vector/project files (.ai), and/or any other file requirements you might have.

All our websites are made with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind. If needed, we will explain how SEO is determined, and what needs to be done in order to rank highly. This might include reconstructing the content (text) of a website, along with the hidden information (metadata such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.).

None of our fees are hidden. We are highly transparent and honest about what we charge, and what you are paying for. We will not charge you for work we have not done, and will not charge you for anything without your agreement.
